The Yenepoya School and Pre-University College celebrated their Founder's Day 2020 on the 14th of November. The Programme began with a Prayer and the welcome address by the Principal. The event was presided by the Chief Guest, Capt. Brijesh Chowta, Ex-Indian Army Officer and Social Activist, who delivered the YMK Memorial Lecture, along with Mr. Y. Abdulla Kunhi, Chancellor and Mr. Farhaad Yenepoya, Pro Chancellor, Yenepoya University, who also delivered the Presidential Address. The other dignitaries present were Mr. Joseph Mechirath, Principal of the Yenepoya School and Mrs. Mishria Javeed, Campus Director of the Yenepoya School. On this occasion, Mr. Ramananda and Mr. K. Moideen Kunhi Manjanady were honoured and awarded the 'Yenepoya Teacher Award 2020' in the High School and Primary Categories respectively. The awardees spoke a few words and addressed the gathering. The programme culminated with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Calvin D'Souza faculty, Department of Mathematics and National Anthem. Mr. Sushil Rathi, Faculty, Department of Science, was the MC of the Programme.
