Martyrs’ Day was commemorated at The Yenepoya School on Monday, 30th January 2023 to pay tribute to the heroes of the Indian freedom struggle, who sacrificed their lives for the nation. Martyrs' Day, also known as Shaheed Diwas, is observed in India on January 30 to memorialize the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. Students and teachers observed a moment of silence in honour of the martyred soldiers.
