The Yenepoya School organised an Orientation Programme for parents of students of grades 6 to 8, on Saturday, 17th June 2023 in the school auditorium. Mrs. Chitralekha hosted the event and welcomed everyone. The orientation programme was conducted to acquaint the parents with academic and co-scholastic structures. Director of Academics & Operations, Mrs. Mishria Javeed, addressed the gathering. Chief Academic Officer, Mr. Joshlyn Mathias Lewis, introduced the curriculum and the pattern of academic structure that will be followed throughout the year. He also introduced the teachers of the respective NEPS. Excellence Mentor of NEP 3, Mrs. Chitralekha explained the code of conduct and decorum to the audience that need to be practiced throughout the year. Mr. Melvin Paul explained the academics. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks.

Akshara House of Children (TYS Preschool) organised an orientation programme for the parents of preschool students on 24th June 2023 at the school auditorium. The programme commenced with a general welcome to the gathering. The crowd was formally addressed by Mrs. Mishria Javeed, Director of Academics and Operations. Chief Academic Officer, Mr. Joshlyn Mathias Lewis, introduced the Montessori section teachers one by one and contributed his ideas and vision. He also explicated the various methodologies and techniques used in the class. Mrs. Deepthi, Excellence mentor of preschool, provided some significant insights to the parents and also explained about the rules and regulations to be followed. The orientation ended by proposing the vote of thanks by Mrs. Rosemarie Saldanha followed by a one on one meet and greet session with parents.
