The Farewell Programme for the Students of Grade 10 was organized on Saturday, 23rd February by the Students of Grade 9 to bid adieu to their Seniors. The Programme began with the Prayer and a Welcome Dance, after which each Student of Grade 10 was honoured with a memento and a rose, by their Juniors. On this occasion the Class Teachers of Grade 10 ABC, Mrs. Swapna Shetty, Mrs. Nandana Varma and Mrs. Purnima VJ, spoke a few words. Mr. Calvin D'Souza, Faculty Discipline Incharge, also addressed the Students. The Grade 9 students also organized an informal cultural programme with song, dance and games. The programme ended on a formal note with a motivational speech by the Principal, Mr. Joseph Mechirath and the solemn lighting of the lamp and Passing of the Lighted Lamp Ceremony from the present Head Boy and Head Girl, Vishnu Alokkan and Ritu Raj, to the Assistant Head Boy and Head Girl, Sani Aboobaker and Anshu Mariam. Vishnu Alokkan, Ritu Raj and a few other Tenth Graders spoke a few words before the Progamme culminated with the National Anthem.
