The Yenepoya School, along with the Health Department, Government of Karnataka, (Yekkur, Mangalore) conducted a vaccination drive against Japanese Encephalitis for students of ages 2.5 years to 15 years at the school campus on Thursday, 8th December, 2022. Teachers were present at the registration counters to guide the students. Students of NEP 1 were accompanied by their parents. Students turned up in large numbers and were charged with the spirit of ‘stay strong, live long’. They were kept under observation after the vaccination. A total of 339 students were administered with the vaccine.
