'Yen Amalgamatio', The 17th Annual Day of The Yenepoya School took place on 19th of December 2018, at the Yendurance Zone, Yenepoya University, Derlakatte. The Formal Programme began with a Prayer and Welcome Address delivered by Mr. Joseph Mechirath, Principal. The Annual Report was then projected on screen in the form of a Presentation. Embarking on another milestone, 'Yen Lanzamiento', The Yenepoya School Website was launched on this occasion by Mr. Yenepoya Mohammed Kunhi, Chairman of The Yenepoya Group, Mr. Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor, Yenepoya University and Mr. Rajesh Karkera, Head of The Department of Information Technology, Yenepoya University, along with the other dignitaries, Mr. Abhijith Karkera, Chief-Guest, Mr. Joseph Mechirath, Principal and Mrs. Mishria Javeed, Campus Director. Prizes were distributed for various categories, Special Achievers, Scholastic and Co-Scholastic, 100% Attendance, Best Swimmer, Best Athlete and Fastest Runners (Girl and Boy).The Chief-Guest Mr. Abhijith Karkera addressed the gathering, followed by the Presidential Addressed delivered by Mr. Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor. The Formal Programme then concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Liwa of Grade 10. The most awaited Cultural Programme began with a Welcome Dance and consisted of Dance and Drama based on different themes portrayed by different Grades. 'Around the World' (Grade 5), 'Panchabootha' (Grade 6), 'Navarasa' (Grade 8), 'Cirque Du Soleil' (The Circus, Grade 4), 'A Tribute to Sridevi' (Grade 7), 'Incredible India' (Grade 9) and 'Time Travel Through the Decades of Bolly wood' (Grade 10). Raash of Grade 9, put up a solo dance performance. The Yen Orchestra, 'Cloud Nine', also entertained the gathering with their musical symphony. The Programme was compeered by Mohammed Riham of Grade 10 and Amna Javed of Grade 8. The Cultural Programme culminated with the National Anthem.
