The students of The Yenepoya School displayed their creativity and enthusiasm during the celebrations of the Annual Day – YENIGMA EXTRAVAGANZA 2023 that was held on 11th November 2023 at Yendurance Zone, Derelakatte. The grandeur of the day was enhanced by the presence of Ms. Wencita Dias and Mr. Ashwin Dcosta, popular film stars in the Tulu Nadu region. The formal program commenced with a beautiful prayer song by the TYS choir, followed by the School anthem. The audience was awestruck by the warm and welcoming dance put up by the students after which Principal, Mr. Uzwal Menezes welcomed the gathering. The Annual report was then displayed to the audience, giving them an insight into the events and activities held by the school. The chief guests, Ms. Dias and Mr. Dcosta addressed the gathering. They expressed their appreciation towards the school's eagerness to provide a variety of academic and extracurricular activities and wished the students their best. Mrs. Mishria Javed, Director of Academics and Operations delivered the Presidential address that included her mission and vision for the school. The formal function came to an end with the vote of thanks, delivered by the hosts Sawa and Risha Fathima from grade 10. 
The cultural program began with great exhilaration, hosted by Rukiya Shaheema of Grade 10 and Amaan Suroor of Grade 8. NEP 3 and 4 students put up a magnificent display of acts that revolved around the themes, ‘One world is one family’, ‘Healthy wealthy Earth’, ‘Evolution of Music, dance and fashion’, and ‘South India’. Students of NEP 3 put up outstanding performances around the themes that included a dance from different ethnicities around India, a well-timed mime that displayed the usage of social media, a thought-provoking skit, a fashion show, and an international dance mix. It was a pleasure to watch the students of NEP 3 come together for the finale. Students of NEP 4 entertained the audience with their reverberating acts that began with the showcase of our rich South Indian musical heritage with an energetic dance performance, a creative and comical slow-motion cricket act, some tickle-worthy Mad Ads, a fashion show, an electrifying dance performance in Bollywood and Hollywood music, and lastly the captivating finale. The audience included Parents, Chief guests, and staff who encouraged the students and enjoyed every bit of every performance, ending the event successfully.
